| just got this email from Mike...looks like him and his wife will recover okay
Dear Friends:
I am sorry I could not reply to everyone individually but typing is a little
difficult just now [please do NOT worry, I had no trouble eating breakfast this
morningJ]. Katy is doing well and has had the best of care. She has many bumps and bruises
and three of the little fingers that come of the vertebrae were fractured. These
will be painful for a while but not cause any problems with her mobility. The Z friends here in Nashville have been great and Kay Newton, a good friend
from ZCoT, is flying in today so we can take Katy home in the rented Cadillac
Escalade to make the ride softer. Steve Webb and Dave Olson made a u-turn at Little Rock and were able to help us
out here Sunday/Monday. They were able to get our stuff from EZ and it appears
she is totaled – at least EZ has provided us with fond memories and fun stories. The drunk driver that hit us will be in jail when he recovers from his accident
related injuries. This was his FOURTH Drunk Driver Citation and the police want
to prosecute to the maximum and I will certainly do my best to keep him in jail
for a long time. Thank you for your prayers, support and friendship! Z ya soon>>>
